GHRP-6: doses reported in published research

Sources checked 2026-10-07 · 6 cited studies (4 human, 2 animal, 0 cell culture)

GHRP-6 (His-D-Trp-Ala-Trp-D-Phe-Lys-NH2) is a synthetic hexapeptide that acts on the ghrelin/GHS receptor. It has been given to people mainly in pituitary-function testing and pharmacokinetic studies.

Human data: a phase 1 pharmacokinetic study and several endocrine testing studies (single doses).
